Preparing listings before a huge holiday weekend.
Today was a fast paced day. Tried to get all of my listings ready for the weekend. It was not any easy task as there are 43 of them.
The market has been very different this year. The market changes every week. It is very important to stay in the loop as it changes.
We are moving into the season where a lot of people are scrambling to get into a home in time to be in the right school districts.
We will see what happens this weekend. Listings always sell when you leave out of town. I guess that is why we have smart phones.
